Quality Rents® had a spectacular first year announcing over 150 rentals out the door. The most popular rentals have been the ELGIN® Broom Badger™ and the VACTOR® 2100i. Quality Rents is projecting increased availability of rental units at all branches leading to greater utilization across our territories for the upcoming year. “Quality Rents promotes a team approach to rentals that provides an overall customer service experience. Our team is available to assist with rental selection, availability, scheduling, training, and any service need that may arise during your rental. We have Service Managers at each branch location that oversee our rental fleet to ensure that all units are rent-ready and available when you need them. Donnie O’Dell is the Director of Service for Key Equipment & Supply Co.® and Quality Rents®, bringing with him over 30 years in service experience. He is maximizing efficiency by presenting uniformity to each segment of the business. Donnie continues to oversee service for all our branches and plays a vital role in servicing and maintaining all the rental equipment for Quality Rents. Hired as a Service Technician in 1988, promoted to Service Manager in 1994, and currently Director of Service, Donnie demonstrates a key role as our companies grow and expand.
