Meet the team

Steve Hyink is the President and Refuse Specialist of Quality Rents and brings more than 40 years’ experience in the environmental equipment industry to Quality Rents.

Mike Vislay is the Chief Executive Officer of Quality Rents and has used his previous experience as Sales Director in the Sewer and Environmental Equipment Industry to help get QR jump started.

Aimee Huff is the Chief Financial Officer for Quality Rents, and her 15+ years of accounting experience and more than a decade working with Key Equipment lends itself well to this start-up. Aimee oversees the financial operations at all three of our offices.

Nicci Vislay joined Quality Rents in October 2020. As Director of Rentals, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of rentals at all three locations.

Kevin Smith joined Quality Rents in October of 2025 as our Business Development Manager. He brings over 15 years of sales and business development experience in the construction and manufacturing industries.

As the Director of Operations, Craig Frost oversees the Parts Departments at both of our locations. Craig works closely with the Parts, Sales, and Service Departments.

Terri Rodina uses her experience in the industry to manage all of the marketing and social media activity for Quality Rents.

Hunter is the new Territory Manager for Eastern Missouri. He brings 7 years of sales combined with a year's worth of industry experience and ongoing Key Equipment training to better assist his customers. His favorite part of being a Territory Manager is interacting with and getting to know his customers personally. He loves to help solve problems! Hunter enjoys spending time with family, watching football and riding his Harley in his spare time.

Steve, the current Territory Manager of NE Kansas and NW Missouri, uses his specialized experience in environmental waste reduction equipment to excel in the art of sales combined with Key Equipment’s training in multiple areas. He enjoys working with a great network of customers, dealers, and factory personal in water, wastewater, refuse, and street industries. He and his wife, Janette, have a 16-year-old daughter, Halle. Steve enjoys participating in his daughter’s activities, spending time outdoors, family adventures, and watching Kansas City sports.

Nate Miller has enjoyed a 20-year career in sales and sales management. For the last 10 years, he has been involved in the equipment industry, serving customers in the pipeline, underground utility, and municipal sectors. Nate graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Mandy have two sons who are very active in sports and Nate enjoys coaching and watching them compete. As a family, they enjoy many outdoor activities including hunting, camping, fly fishing, and hiking in Colorado.

Kevin had been involved in municipal and contracting equipment sales since July of 2012. Kevin graduated from Kaskaskia College, where he had a basketball and golf scholarship. This led to a basketball scholarship to Hannibal LaGrange University. Kevin married Leslie Foppe in 2013. They have a son, Vincent, that now attends Eastern Illinois University. Kevin is an avid golfer. He enjoys watching all sports but is partial to golf.

Vince is our Territory Manager for Western Kansas. He has been with Key Equipment for eight years as our Field Service Manager and brings a vast amount of knowledge about environmental equipment to his new position. He can help specify products for your applications!

Brad has been providing support to contractor and municipal customers in the environmental industry since 1991. Brad is a graduate of NADC Technical College and received the Craftsman Award. Brad and his wife Jenn reside in Central Illinois and enjoy spending time with their children and outdoor activities.
